Copenhagen Embroidered Ornament Open Sandwich

Usually eaten for lunch, open-faced sandwiches consist of a piece of buttered, rye sourdough bread – a dense,
dark brown bread – topped with different combinations of seafood, meat, cheese, vegetables and condiments.
